Aspire Recruitment Solutions Ltd. continues to grow and expand.  Not only are we one of the top recruiters in Kelowna and the Okanagan but we are now expanding our HR Consulting in addition to our resume writing services, job placement and other employment services that we provide.  We have also recently incorporated and look forward to working with even more great Kelowna and Okanagan businesses to help them with their HR and recruiting needs.

HR Consulting Services

We are so pleased to be expanding our HR consulting services with the addition of our newest team member, Michelle Crossley.  Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge in the field of Human Resources.  Along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, Michelle has created a solid foundation in HR working in both small and large companies. She thrives on making a business successful through its people and believe it is important to create policies, practices and systems that will maximize employee performance as well as attract and retain talent and corporate knowledge.

As part of Aspire’s HR Consulting services, we work with Okanagan employers to define and execute their recruiting and HR Policies.  We provide HR consulting in the following areas:

• Staffing for both temporary and permanent positions
• Human Resource Management – which includes and is not limited to:
  • Providing recommendations for HR policy
  • Consulting on compensation

  • Consulting and defining of disciplinary procedures

Tracy Nimetz also offers years of experience in HR and people management.  Having been the Director of HR at a local digital marketing agency, Tracy has experience in recruiting, defining HR processes, designing and conducting employee satisfaction surveys and in negotiating compensation packages.  She also has experience in recruiting and hiring remote and virtual workers, something that has become more common in recent years.  Tracy’s diverse skillset means that she can also help job seekers with their job hunt with her exceptional resume writing skills.
