How do I register with your agency?
Simply send your resume to us at email@example.com and we will contact you for an interview.
Do you charge for finding me work?
No. There is no cost for those searching for employment.
I never heard back from the last recruitment agency I registered with. How are you different?
Unlike other recruitment agencies, we maintain an on-going dialogue with our candidates via email and telephone communication. It’s part of our commitment to operating with honesty, integrity and respect. We treat people like we would want to be treated ourselves, and that means keeping candidates informed about their progress and opportunities with Aspire.
How should I dress for my Aspire Recruitment Solutions interview?
You should always ere on the side of business professional, with a fitted suit for men or pant suit/dress suit/formal skirt for women, a collared shirt and dress shoes.
What is the pay period for temporary assignments?
We pay our employees on a weekly basis. To account for the hours you have worked per week, you fill out a timesheet and get a signature from your supervisor.
How much time will I need for the interview?
Plan to be in our office for an hour. This includes the interview and computer skills testing component. This is also a great time to get answers for any additional job questions you might have.
