After my Aspire Recruitment Solutions recruiter presents me with a shortlist of candidates, what happens next?
We recommend that you select and contact shortlisted candidates for interviews right away, because our candidates are often highly sought after and competition in your industry could be stiff. We provide two or more business references on each candidate to make the process easier and more efficient.
What happens if the candidate does not work out?
If a candidate resigns or does not fulfill your expectations within their probationary period, we will proceed with our recruitment process again to find you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
