Today, we celebrate. We celebrate two years of change. Two years of growth. We celebrate the experience of change and growth in harmony at Aspire Recruitment Solutions. We celebrate our valued clients and candidates who have had an impact on this journey so far. What a ride it’s been!
Since our first anniversary, Aspire Recruitment Solutions has moved into a new location on bustling St. Paul Street in downtown Kelowna, and has grown its team in an effort to continually optimize service quality for employers and job seekers alike. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to move back downtown; it’s convenient and easy for clients to find, and right in the middle of all the action. And of course, it’s nice and close to our favourite lunch spots!
Part of this growth has included an expansion in resume writing and career consulting services, providing job seekers with attentive guidance and robust tools for achieving their work-related goals, as well as an expansion in human resources services to small to mid-sized companies.
Another exciting development has been growing in our own building on St. Paul Street, where Peacock Sheridan Group is also now located. Aspire Recruitment Solutions has the pleasure of working with Peacock Sheridan to provide their staff and clients with HR consulting services.
We’ve had an expansion of services, team members and clientele. But we’re not stopping there. Aspire Recruitment Solutions is in the process of becoming incorporated. To say we’ve had our plate full this year would be an understatement!
Change and growth. As our clientele grows at Aspire Recruitment Solutions, we evolve to accommodate our clientele needs. We take on clients across Central, North and South Okanagan, Northern BC and Alberta. We work with businesses across a range of industries, including customer service, labour trades and accounting, and we remain consistent in quality with our solution offerings so that our clients know to expect the highest quality of service every time they work with Aspire Recruitment Solutions.
