Job Responsibilities:

  • Remain knowledgeable about Space Centre Storage products and services
  • Provide expert storage advice
  • Give courteous customer service to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Research & develop prospective clients
  • Initiate & field sales calls to promote & market products.
  • Manage daily schedule & customer inquiries
  • Provide timely follow-up of all phone calls, walk-in & online customer inquiries
  • Provide quotes & information
  • Process sales & rental invoices
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, & moves of mobile storage containers
  • Maintain & file accurate paperwork, records, & reports
  • Secure confidential files
  • Maintain office space in an efficient & clean manner
  • Demonstrate a positive work ethic, attitude & professional image Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: Grade 12
  • Customer service & sales experience
  • 1-3 years of related work experience Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & organize
  • Problem solve & make decisions
  • Conscientious & attentive to details.
  • A team player
  • Self-motivated & energetic with the ability to initiate & implement new ideas
  • Excellent Computer/Communication skills: Phone, Email, must be proficient in Microsoft Office
