Supervisor

Our operation in YLW is currently looking for an extraordinary supervisor to provide training and development opportunities to new and existing staff.

Working alongside our Operations Manager, this role will ensure the following:
• Supervision of staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes following all airline standard operating procedures and delegating daily flight responsibilities among team members;
• Setting priorities, coaching and training, as required;
• Ensuring the health and safety of all workers;
• Ability and willingness to travel to other bases and provide training and assistance when needed; and
• The ability and dedication to perform all functions of a ramp agent, as required.

The successful candidate will assist in communicating policies and procedures within their operation. They contribute towards the success of the operation by directing and coordinating activities to provide a safe environment for employees.

This position requires working in a safe, fast paced environment with time constraints to meet arrival and departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed. A “Lead by Example” concept is strongly promoted.
