Our client a well known Heating, Air conditioning and Plumbing company is in search of an Office Administrator. You will assist the owner with data entry, posting payments, creating invoices and general duties. Skills required:
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is considered an asset
- Ability to multi task
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must have great communication and phone skills
A background in bookkeeping and accounting would be beneficial for this position.
This position requires the ideal candidate to assist in other departments as well, dispatch and customer service. Must be adaptable and flexible.
