Office Administrator – West Kelowna
Our client is seeking a flexible, well rounded office administrator for their West Kelowna real estate project. Approximately 24-25 hours per week either 3 full days or 5 half days.
You will be responsible for:
- supporting the team,
- basic accounting details
- invoicing
- service requests
- prepare homeowner manuals
- organize staff birthdays and team lunches
- filing
- phones
- front desk/customer service
- meeting minutes/transcribing
Must have:
- excellent Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, outlook)
- basic accounting knowledge
- superb people skills
- excellent eye for detail
- professional phone manner
