Client and Community Liaison
Our client is in search of a Client and Community Liaison that will oversee all business building activities. This role ensures that the Principle Advisors are on track to meeting their leading activities that are designed to grow revenues from existing and prospective “ideal” clients. It is a sales and marketing role that requires an individual to be able to develop high impact marketing events as well as hold the Principles accountable for their business development activities.
Key Responsibility Areas include:
- Research and initiate prospective client opportunities
- Investigate events that might be worthwhile attending
- Investigate and research individuals who could be ideal clients
- Investigate and research organizations with business owners who could be ideal clients
- Investigate association/charities/NFP’s where ideal clients may participate
- Coordinate prospect opportunity meetings
- Develop sales funnel for Principal Advisors
- Manage weekly calendar
- Manage action plan to move all opportunities forward
- Book all appointments as agreed in the sales funnel meeting
- Prepare advisors for meetings
- Assess the quality of the lead and the source of the lead
- Create education material
- Builds all presentations such that they are informative and interesting to view
- Help create hard copy marketing material that is relevant and interesting to the ideal prospective clients
- Manage office marketing
- Ensure website an d all marketing materials are up to date
- Look for local PR opportunities
- Participates and manages all corporate marketing activities
- Manage marketing events
- Research and recommend events that will attract ideal clients
- Implement and manage the actual event
- Manage the marketing budget
- Coordinate COI
- Manage WIG (sales) meetings

Experience/Skills required:
- Minimum 10 years work experience
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating and managing marketing events or programs
- Helpful if have knowledge of financial services industry
- Proficient in all Office software products
