Business Development Professional
The Opportunity
My client, a leader in the Financial Services market is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join their growing team. As the Business Development professional you will be responsible to develop business relationships and close new accounts in the Okanagan. A highly competitive commission structure with quarterly and annual quota’s and a graduated bonus program are established to reward and measure your performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop a territory business plan to ensure the company is represented throughout the territory
- Achieve established sales targets
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to management
- Ongoing professional development on product knowledge, sales skills and relationship management
- Manage the sales cycle from start to close
- Attend networking events to promote business
- Set up seminars for potential clients
- Be the Brand Ambassador for the Fund by promoting and encouraging its sales and growth within the market
Qualifications
– CSC is required, CIM is considered an asset
– Minimum 5 years successful sales experience with a proven track record
– A strong understanding of the current financial services environment
– University degree
– A strong desire to earn top income from a pay for performance environment
– Hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business
