AR Research Supervisor
The Research Supervisor is responsible for leading the day to day activities of the research department to deliver high quality, efficient services at an acceptable cost to the organization. In addition, they will focus on developing a high performance team and provide solutions to improve the efficiency while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely discrepancy resolution.

Accountabilities and KPIs for measurement:
• Days sales outstanding
• Allowance as a % of sales
• 60 day and 120 day charges outstanding as a % of total charges outstanding
• Reporting accurate and timely information in line with department deadlines
Skill/Knowledge requirements:
• Previous supervisory skills including training, coaching, evaluations and disciplinary
• Results orientated, disciplined, driven and focused on achieving targeted performance goals
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, identify and action solutions
• Ability to collaborate with others and build a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the company
• Customer focused with a demonstrated a willingness to deliver an efficient service to the customer
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of software programs including MS Office applications
• Good organizational knowledge with an understand ding of operations, logistics and the TNG business model
• Previous experience and understanding of business processes
