Our client is looking for an entry level accounting clerk who possess a college diploma and some office experience would be an asset. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook. Your duties will include:
- Sort invoices into job files
- Data Entry
- Prepare budgets for PC approval
- Invoice Clients
- Review incoming statements
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assist Senior Accountant with project work
Must be: a quick learner, reliable, friendly and team oriented.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn bookkeeping from the ground up.
