Accounting Administrative Assistant
Our client, a very busy construction company, is searching for a team player for their organization.
Must have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail. We are searching for someone who is open to duties outside of their job description, someone who likes to pitch in where required.
Your duties will include:
- Sort invoices into job files
- Data Entry
- Prepare budgets for PC approval
- Invoice Clients
- Review incoming statements
- Manage Holdbacks
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare & match cheques
- Prepare Binders for new clients
- Assist PCs with permit process
- Label Plans
- Tracking of Service Requests
- WCB and Safety Consultant Liaison
- Tracking Subcontractor Letters
Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and experience with Accounting software would be of benefit.
